Hartcorp Human Capital Solutions is a consulting business that renders bespoke human resources solutions and labour law services to SME entities. We understand the challenges that SME enterprises face, in their endeavours to achieve their objectives, while enabling them to take advantage to take on new opportunities and simultaneously gain optimal human capital performance.

We remain primarily focused to our clients needs and offer best practice solutions to their respective workplace challenges.

Hartcorp Human Capital Solutions was incepted in 2015 by our managing member, Ferdi Hartzenberg when he realised the huge need for a niche and independent human resources entity, that could offer a variety of professional human resources services, including strategic labour law services to SME clientelé.

Dynamic with excellent expertise in the strategic human resources field, gained over a period of more than two decades and with his outstanding and specialist knowledge of the labour law field, Ferdi has a superb ability to communicate and exceed our clients demanding needs and provide them with the best possible human resources solutions.

With a drive for excellence and offering a fresh perspective, Hartcorp Human Capital Solutions, services both SME enterprises, as well as large national corporate entities. Since our inception we have gone from strength to strength and have established a national footprint in various sectors, providing a wide spectrum of professional human resources services.

We are well represented at both the Commission for Concilliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), as well as various Bargaining Councils and are experts in dealing with complex labour matters.
